Provider Rehab is a full-service Occupational and Hand TherapyClinic with locations in Brooklyn and Staten Island. Our goal is ensure that each patient recovers from their injury and return to everyday activities as soon as possible. We provide comprehensive rehab services for conditions involving neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist and fingers.
